Felbloom Invasion: how to maximise your energy and the Union's rank
Two 30-minute rounds, one currency: Felbloom Energy. Get your castle into the Leyline Core, keep every march gathering, and bring Auric and Amethyst rewards home early so they keep producing for the rest of the round.
Updated Oct 9, 2026
The event in one minute
- Several kingdoms fight over the same Leyline. The participating kingdoms, and the time and place of the first invasion, are shown during the preview.
- There are two Contest Phases of 30 minutes each, with a Preparation Stage between them that announces the next invasion's time, place and kingdoms.
- Each round's ranking counts only the energy earned in that round.
- Final rewards use your best round: your highest personal rank, and the Union's highest Union rank. Every Union member receives the Union reward.
- Felbloom Energy also opens the personal milestone chests (15K up to 600K).
- The event doesn't run while Clash of Kingdoms is active.
Where the energy comes from
Everything below is stated in the event rules. Rates are per second while the activity is running; the bonus lands when a gather completes.
That last point is the shape of the whole event: PvP can't take your score, only your future production. A Core produces 120 energy a second, so one brought home with 20 minutes left can still add up to 144,000 before the round ends. The same Core with 5 minutes left is worth 36,000. Early premium gathers compound.
The 30-minute playbook
Before the round
- Recall your marches so all of them are home when the round opens.
- Heal troops and set up your march presets.
- Check the Union plan, so members don't race each other to the same Auric.
- Shields can't be used inside the event area, so plan to defend your castle rather than bubble it.
Opening (0–5 min)
- Relocate into the Leyline Core straight away: 40/sec from the first second, and the move is free.
- Send every march at once.
- Take the closest high tier you can reach quickly. An Auric that finishes early has the most time left to run its Core.
Middle (5–20 min)
- Re-send each march the moment it finishes.
- Prefer premium flowers when the walk is reasonable.
- Protect a castle that's holding Cores and Crystals; skip fights that cost gathering time.
- Gathering teams can be attacked: whoever beats your team takes over the flower and keeps the progress already made. Don't park weak teams on contested flowers.
Endgame (20–30 min)
- Energy now beats energy later: a distant Auric can lose to a nearby Azure once travel eats the clock.
- A Core or Crystal brought home late produces for only a few minutes, so its value drops fast.
- Don't count on a completion bonus from a gather that can't finish before the round ends (not yet confirmed either way).
- Don't leave the event area while your castle holds Cores or Crystals: leaving loses them. You can come back into the same round.
Four marches, by the numbers
Castle in the core plus four marches on Auric is 40 + 4 × 160 = 680 energy a second while all of it is running, before completion bonuses and Cores. Swap one Auric for an Azure and it drops to 560. That gap is why the closest premium flower is usually worth taking, and why an idle march costs more than a slightly worse flower. Try your own numbers:
Playing it as a Union
Union rank is the sum of everyone's energy, so the goal is total production, not kills. Stronger members can hold contested ground and discourage breaches while everyone else keeps gathering. Lower-power members still add a lot: the Leyline Core and safe gathers count the same for everyone.
FELBLOOM PLAN: Relocate into the Leyline Core as soon as the round opens (it's free) and keep every march gathering. Priority: nearby Gold (Auric) > Purple (Amethyst) > Blue (Azure), but never leave a march idle looking for a better flower. Gold and Purple send Cores/Crystals home that keep making energy, so early premium gathers pay off most. Avoid pointless PvP and protect castles holding Cores.
Rewards
Personal milestone chests open as your Felbloom Energy grows, separately from the personal and Union ranking rewards that are settled in the Display Phase.
The map
The preview map shows the Royal City with four guards around it. Nothing in the event rules ties them to Felbloom Energy, so don't spend troops on them for this event unless a live round shows otherwise.
